As the welcoming face of the firm, Lilly is committed to ensuring every client has a positive and seamless experience from the moment they connect with the team. She brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to exceptional service to her role each day.

Originally from the Bay Area, Lilly now calls Portland, Oregon home and truly enjoys all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Information Technologies, which supports her ability to manage processes efficiently while maintaining a thoughtful, client-focused approach.

Outside of the office, Lilly enjoys exploring the outdoors with her fiancé and their rescue dog, Maggie. Whether skiing, hiking, paddleboarding, camping, or trying new restaurants around Portland, she values staying active and engaged in the community. She is proud to be part of a team that prioritizes professionalism, integrity, and meaningful client relationships.
