Chris is a dedicated portfolio manager with a robust background in finance and a passion for delivering results-driven investment strategies. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University in 2016, initially following a pre- medical track, before discovering his true passion for investing. This shift in focus led him to begin his career in the investment industry as a Trade Desk Associate at Jackson Financial. Building on this early experience, Chris completed his MBA with a concentration in Finance at Pacific University in 2018.
Following his MBA, Chris joined BMO Family Office, where he served as a research analyst, specializing in hedge funds, mutual funds, and stock research, building a strong foundation in financial analysis and portfolio construction. Today, Chris is focused on helping clients achieve their financial goals through a disciplined approach to portfolio management. He prioritizes both capital appreciation and preservation, working closely with advisors to craft tailored investment strategies designed to meet each client's unique needs.
Chris lives in Portland, Oregon, with his wife, Lelia, and their dog, Hugo. A passionate nature enthusiast, he spends many weekends hiking, backpacking, and camping in the Pacific Northwest. Chris is also an avid traveler, with a deep love for exploring new cuisines and cultures, which keeps him constantly seeking out new adventures.
